MEASUREMENT AND SPECIFICATION: The measurement stated above is approximate. Final measurement and specification followed will be those approved and signed by the client provided by One Bespoke Interiors.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Full payment required before proceeding with furniture orders.

EXCHANGE, REFUND, AND INSPECTION: No exchange or refund is permitted on items.
All item must be inspected upon delivery and signed off. If immediate inspection is not possible, the item must be inspected within 24 hours .
In the event a product is delivered to you defective or damaged, we will offer a suitable resolution on a case by case basis and in timely manner. We require an image of the defect to be sent to info@onebespokeinteriors.ae.
One Bespoke Interiors are not liable for any damages or defects reported after items have been signed of or after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

REPRESENTATION AND PRICING: Image shown are only an example of a similar item. Actual item may vary in components, dimension, fabrics, and materials.
Prices quoted are subjected to change based on changing details, dimensions and specifications.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION: Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellation of the order.
The order is considered confirmed at the time of payment.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT: A member of our team will contact you 2-5 days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 4 hour window time of delivery.
We reserve the right to photograph all of our products for our use before delivery.
It is the client responsibility to make sure they have adequate approvals or permits for the delivery of their items, along with the correct space for the items, inclusive of ensuring the product will fit through the necessary doors and elevators.

PAYMENT DELAY AND DELIVERY: Any delay in payments will result in delays to production.
Free delivery is provided in Dubai and other areas. Delivery of rugs does not include installation but can be requested at an extra cost.

SHOP DRAWINGS AND MANUFACTURING: Shop drawings will be provided to the client for bespoke pieces prior to manufacturing for approval.
Shop drawings will have a tolerance of 1-3cm on all measurement during manufacturing.

DOCUMENTATION: Documents solely with respect to use for (One Bespoke Interiors) projects and shall not be USED/DUPLICATED in whole part or part by any means/other unauthorized party.

AUTHORIZATION: Any UNAUTHORIZED use of the documents shall be at risk and may face legal action without (One Bespoke Interiors) liability.

STORAGE POLICY: After the completion of the items, a storage period of 3 DAYS will be provided free of charge. If the customer fails to accept the item/s within the specified 3-days period, a storage fee will be applied at a rate starting from 1000 AED per week and based on the size of the order this will vary.
