At One Bespoke Interiors, every piece is custom-made to order, reflecting our commitment to quality and personalisation. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke furniture and décor items.
For our standard-size rugs, we offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery, with the exception of our Teddy rugs, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange fees apply as follows:
Dubai Emirate: AED 100
Other Emirates in the UAE: AED 200
